- Cooked jekor shawarma (chicken or meat)
- Chopped onion and diced tomato
- Grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Large flour tortillas
- Sliced bell pepper (optional)
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Mix jekor shawarma , onion, tomato, and optional bell pepper in a bowl.
- Place a tortilla in a heated skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the chicken mixture and more cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
