Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare sauce by sautéing garlic, adding grated carrot, and simmering tomatoes or sauce.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- n a baking dish, layer sauce, noodles, jekor meatballs, and cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Let it rest before serving.
